Preserving the professional process server in North Carolina

NCAPPS Mission Statement

Dedicated to ensuring all North Carolina Process Servers are qualified and to further the profession by improving procedures, education and training for all servers in the state. To promote the profession in all courts, legal community and legislature and the general public. To insure that each member is of the highest integrity.

Letter from the President

NCAPPS was formed in September 2010 by a group of NC process servers from across the state. Our goal as a non-profit organization is to provide education and a forum to improve our profession through networking and raising the standard of our industry through the services that we offer to our clients, attorneys and the courts. The association provides information for our state association members as well as associate members from other states and countries. These members hold themselves to a higher standard and are professionals.

The association will provide a forum for all process servers and will provide continuing education and opportunities to improve your areas of expertise. I invite you to join and be active in the only association in North Carolina for Professional Process Servers.
