House Bill 706, North Carolina General Assembly
It is time to welcome in Spring.
The Association is in need of volunteers. We know there are a lot of Process Servers out there that could bring ideas, thoughts and innovation to our industry and our State Association. We need you and welcome your input.
Since the first of this year, our Association has been involved in House Bill 706, North Carolina General Assembly, which is still in committee, and pertains to Private Process Servers. There have been two meetings in Raleigh and we have had a presence there both time. There are still several more meetings to come soon. We will keep you informed if we need additional presence, which means you, at these meetings in Raleigh. After looking at this bill, if you should have any questions or concerns please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
We are working on a future conference calls for the association and would invite you to join in – notices will be sent via our website.
Nothing else pertaining to our industry at this time – we will keep you posted if that changes.
