NCAPPS Annual meeting revised date

The  Second Annual NCAPPS conference will now be on Saturday, Oct 5th, 2013 in Durham, NC.  It will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn near Southpoint Mall, the same location as last year.  We are sorry for the change of date, but the hotel was booked on the original date we had chosen.

More details and information will be sent out soon.  The Board has already been working on Guest Speakers and this year promises to be very exciting!

If you would like to be a vendor or sponsor for the event, contact Kimberly Hamilton at 336-516-7896 or by email, [email protected]

From the Oregon Association of Process Servers, Rule ORCP 7F 1

If you ever serve papers out of Washington County, Oregon, Rule ORCP 7F 1 is being enforced.

Return of Summons.  Any proof of service document reflecting service of a summons filed ABSENT the ORIGINAL SUMMONS will be returned via mail directly to the Attorney of Record.

Washington County is the first county in Oregon to enforce this, but others may follow.
